		<description>I&#039;ll buy #1 and #2 for slight increases, but I think #3 is a bit far-fetched. As for why the totals go up, sometimes people just change their minds...and usually in the player&#039;s favor. I&#039;m not sure if I would have voted Rice on the first ballot, but I certainly would have shown support before his last year of eligibility.</description>
